I have three of these pens. They are the finest writing and best pen Ive ever owned. The finish is beautiful and feels like a $100 pen. Their customer service is fast friendly and easy to work with.I had a minor flaw with my latest pen. Sent them an email and instantly MARY from the London office took care of it and replaced my pen with a new one. Shipping was extremely fast as well. Will be purchasing more in near future.

I received a Scriveiner ballpoint pen that takes a Schmidt P900 refill as a gift seven years ago. It remains a wonderful writing instrument because it has "heft", feels good in my hand, and writes wonderfully. Other "fancy" pens I've had in the past were good but too thin and I tended to lose them. Not this baby. Unfortunately, after such extensive use it began to show its age with some wear and tear. I contacted customer support for advice, and they incredibly graciously offered to replace it! Who does that these days? Scriveiner does! THANK YOU!Update: the replacement pen arrived today, and it's gorgeous. Thank you SO VERY much!Is it wrong to love such functional pen that I'm comfortable putting in my SHIRT pocket because the ink dries quickly?
I didn't think I would really like a fountain pen, but I love this Scriveiner Fountain Pen. The pen looks beautiful and it is amazing to write with. I downloaded Google Fonts and picked a font to write with so that I can have a better hand writing. I bought another Scriveiner Fountain Pen and I think I will start collecting fountain pens. Love this pen!

How rare to find a high quality writer for under 100 bucks in today's day and age. Combine this with a helpful and friendly staff and Wow blown away. I expected a mediocre product for the price and your typical now serving no. 108... NEXT... or a bunch of pretentious snob's. You have a customer for life. I purchased this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. The only downside, aside from price, is that I paid to have it personalized. Her name is barely visible and she did not even know it was there until I told her what to look for. This appears to be an issue with color choice. Apparently the name color is to close to copper to be easily seen. I advise that interested customers consider their color choices carefully before paying for personalization.
